Hello: I just bought the blusmart from Amazon. Thanks for the above video. I am unable to contact anyone that sold me my unit as their phone lines continue to be full and not able to receive
any calls. Frustrating. Their instructions need some clarifications; your video explained what the one tool was for — hole punches. Their written description doesn't even mention the hole punch
so thank you for that information. When you do your next video please show how the cutter works as their is no description with my laminator. Thank you for your video! I look forward to seeing
