What happens when you use the button on the back to get your jam out and it won't discharge the jammed item and won't pick up and roll the new item I want to laminate? I don't honestly know how to fix this jam, and its not visibly evident, but I know it is jammed because I saw it happen. I don't know what to do. Can anyone help with this? I'd really appreciate it!
