If I remove the top cover I could clean the starting (feed) rollers and the final (exit) rollers. Still both lower feed and exit rollers are harder to reach. However the rollers in the middle present a serious problem regarding cleaning. I am not the person that simply inserts some tacky card to clean rollers. In my business the products that we laminate produce lot of debris and the rollers must be cleaned periodically. According to the specificactions in your web site Akiles uses some patented Flex-Tite system to maintain proper pressure. What about if I remove the hex nuts to free the rollers and get them cleaned individually outside? Surely I would be destroying the calibrated pressure system implemented by Akiles. Any advice?
